A city shaped by clever design
Would like to see '80% of dwellings will use renewable energy, the majority of dwellings will have solar energy and hot water systems, and infrastructure will be run on renewable sources'

A city connecting people and places:
'Public transport connections between all areas of the city as well as connecting to the hinterland and beaches'
