What is the purpose of the Corporate Plan?

The Corporate Plan 2009-2014 is Council’s strategic plan which builds on the community consultation of Bold Future and delivers the first five years of the Bold Future Vision. The actions identified in it will form the basis of the Operational Plan and budget for each year and it will be periodically reviewed to ensure it remains focused on the Bold Future Vision.

The Corporate Plan is structured around six key focus areas reflecting the Bold Future themes. Each identifies the outcomes anticipated by 2014 and the actions required to achieve these.
